Mid-Level Associate — Intellectual Property & Technology, New York

Seeking a mid-level associate to join a nationally recognized IP & Technology team in New York. The role focuses on trademark, copyright, unfair competition, and brand enforcement matters across litigation and counseling engagements for domestic and international clients.

Typical work includes managing federal-court and TTAB litigation, handling anti-counterfeiting and grey-market disputes, advising on trademark selection, clearance, prosecution, and portfolio maintenance, and coordinating cross-border enforcement strategies.

• 3–5 years of relevant trademark and copyright experience at a law firm or comparable environment
• Demonstrated litigation and counseling skills on trademark, copyright, false advertising, and unfair competition matters
• Experience with TTAB, USPTO practice, or US Copyright Office filings preferred
• Excellent writing, research, and advocacy skills; New York bar admission or eligibility to waive in
