Mid-Level Associate — Global Funds Practice

Leading international law firm is seeking mid-level associates for its Global Funds practice. Positions are open across multiple U.S. offices (New York, Washington, D.C., and San Francisco); candidates will be placed based on experience and office needs.

Successful candidates will work on private funds and investment management matters, supporting fund formations, regulatory work and related transactional documentation. The role requires strong technical skills, commercial judgment and the ability to collaborate across offices.
