The role involves fund formation and investment management work across private funds matters, working with deal teams on fund launches, governing documents, and related transactional documentation. The team seeks lawyers with strong drafting, negotiation, and project-management skills who can work collaboratively across offices.
- 3–5 years private funds / fund formation experience
- Admission to the New York, D.C., or California bar
- Proven drafting and negotiation experience on fund documents (LPAs, side letters, subscription agreements)
- Excellent academic and professional credentials; strong communication and teamwork skills
