Apply in confidence →Top-tier international law firm is recruiting a mid-level associate for its San Francisco Mergers & Acquisitions group. The role will work on acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, joint ventures and private equity transactions across the deal lifecycle.
The successful candidate will take a lead role on due diligence, draft ancillary and transaction agreements, and collaborate with deal teams on all transactional items. The firm seeks candidates with strong academic and professional credentials and proven M&A experience.

- 2–3 years of M&A transactional experience
- Admitted to the California Bar
