Highly regarded law firm seeks a mid-level associate to join its Technology Companies practice in San Francisco. The role focuses on representing technology clients across corporate and transactional matters, with exposure to venture financings, mergers & acquisitions, and private and public offerings.

The team works collaboratively across practices and geographies; the successful candidate will split time between supporting deal teams and managing substantial components of transactions independently. The position offers work on both early- and late-stage company matters.

Applicants should be able to provide a deal sheet and demonstrate strong written and oral communication, solid transaction experience, and the ability to operate effectively on teams and autonomously.

Mid-level associate with experience representing technology companies in corporate transactions (venture financings, M&A, private/public offerings)
Proven ability to manage significant components of deals independently and to work effectively in deal teams
Outstanding academic credentials and relevant law firm experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly; deal sheet required
