A leading law firm is seeking a mid-level corporate associate to join its award-winning Life Sciences team. This dynamic practice focuses on corporate transactions for high-growth, life sciences, healthcare, and technology companies across the US, Asia, and globally.

The role involves working with venture-backed private and public companies on a range of transactions, including equity financings, IPOs, M&A, and corporate governance matters.

Candidates will work closely with team members and independently manage substantial components of transactions, while maintaining outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

2–4 years of experience in corporate and transactional matters, including public company work, registered equity offerings, ongoing SEC representation, and M&A transactions.
Experience with life sciences companies preferred; candidates with a strong interest in life sciences work will also be considered.
Ability to work collaboratively in teams and manage components of transactions independently.
Outstanding academic credentials and comparable law firm experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Relevant bar admission required (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly).
