Experience in intellectual property matters, including patent and/or trade secret litigation
Undergraduate degree in the hard sciences or life sciences
Strong academic credentials in both law and undergraduate coursework
Admission to the state bar in the jurisdiction of practice
Outstanding research, analytical, oral, and written communication skills
Strong work ethic, leadership ability, and interest in taking on increasing responsibility
