Top-tier New York office seeks a mid‑ to senior‑level associate to join a Private Investment Funds team focused on venture capital and private equity fund work. The role will involve structuring, formation and operation of domestic and international funds and advising on related financings, acquisitions and alternative investment structures.

Ideal candidates will work closely within deal teams and manage substantial components of transactions independently. The group offers a collaborative, cross‑practice environment with opportunities to work on complex, market‑leading matters.

4–6 years' relevant PQE in private investment funds, venture capital or private equity fund work
Experience with fund structuring, formation and fund operations, including related financings and acquisitions
Proven ability to work in teams and manage significant transaction components independently
Outstanding academic record and strong written and verbal communication skills
Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly
