Mid‑Level Associate, Corporate (Equity Capital Markets)

Leading international corporate team is seeking a mid‑level associate to support cross‑border equity capital markets matters, with a focus on Hong Kong IPOs and listings. The role involves working on high‑profile, multijurisdictional transactions and advising on regulatory and listing compliance.

The successful candidate will join a busy Greater China corporate group and will be expected to manage transaction workstreams, coordinate with local and overseas teams, and assist clients through complex public offerings and related public company M&A.

• At least 3 years post‑qualifying experience in equity capital markets, with demonstrated Hong Kong IPO/listings experience
• Experience in public company M&A and cross‑border transactions
• Excellent academic record, strong attention to detail and high standards of client service
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English and Mandarin
