- One to five years of patent prosecution experience
- Advanced degree, preferably a Ph.D., in a life sciences technology area
- Patent bar membership (USPTO Registration Number) required
- Must prepare for, take, and pass the patent bar exam either before joining or within the first 12 months of hire
