Midlevel to senior associate experience in real estate transactions and land use/zoning matters
Experience with planning/zoning board approvals, zoning analyses, permits, and redevelopment agreements
Transactional experience including leasing, acquisitions, dispositions and financing
Strong academic background, excellent written and oral communication skills, and ability to work independently and in teams
