Expect to work on transaction documentation, deal execution and cross-office coordination with other US finance teams. The team handles a mix of structured finance matters and lender/borrower-side mortgage work.
- 3+ years of transactional experience in mortgage finance, structured finance, securitization, or related banking matters
- Experience with one or more of: mortgage origination, warehouse financing, securitization; work on commercial and/or residential mortgage loans
- Strong drafting and transactional skills, with attention to documentation and deal execution
- Ability to work collaboratively across offices and handle multiple matters
