Work will center on securitization, warehouse financing and related structured financings; experience with residential mortgage loans or other consumer assets is strongly preferred. The role offers an opportunity to work on high‑value, transaction‑driven matters within a large US practice and to develop sector‑specialist skills.
- 3+ years of law firm experience in securitization, mortgage finance, warehouse financing or related structured finance transactions
- Experience with residential mortgage loans or other consumer assets strongly preferred
- Strong drafting, transaction management and client communication skills
- Ability to work on complex, multi‑party financings and to collaborate across offices
