Mortgage Finance Associate — Structured Finance

Mid‑level to senior associates are sought for a US structured finance team focused on securitizations, warehouse financings and related mortgage‑backed transactions. The role will support lender‑side and sponsor transactions involving residential mortgage loans and other consumer assets.

• 3+ years of post‑qualification experience in securitization, structured finance or related transactions
• Demonstrated experience with warehouse financing and asset‑backed securities; residential mortgage/consumer‑asset experience strongly preferred
• Proven transaction experience from a law firm or in‑house finance team and strong academic credentials
• Admission to practice in the US (or ability to become admitted) and eligibility to work from a US office
