New York Real Estate Associate

Mid‑level to senior associate role on a global law firm’s New York real estate team. You will handle large, complex real estate transactions across joint ventures, acquisitions and dispositions, private‑equity related deals, REIT matters and leasing, while supporting and supervising junior lawyers.

The team advises on cross‑border and domestic matters for institutional clients and investors. The role offers exposure to high‑value transactions, collaborative teamwork and opportunities for technical and client‑facing development.

• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school
• Minimum 3 years of law firm real estate transaction experience
• Experience with joint ventures, purchases and sales, private‑equity real estate transactions, REITs and/or leasing
• Strong academic record, commercial judgment, and ability to work collaboratively and supervise junior lawyers
• Prior experience at a peer law firm; resume and law school transcript(s) required
