Join a well-established clinical negligence team in central London as a Newly Qualified Solicitor. The role offers exposure to complex and sensitive claimant work, working on high-value matters and developing technical litigation skills across the lifecycle of clinical negligence claims.

You will run your own caseload while supporting senior fee-earners: managing investigations, instructing experts, drafting pleadings and witness statements, and liaising sensitively with clients and medical professionals. Qualified Solicitor of England & Wales (NQ)
Training seat or experience in clinical negligence, personal injury or related litigation area desirable
Strong drafting, legal research, analytical and communication skills
Ability to manage a caseload, meet court deadlines and work empathetically with clients and experts
Organised, proactive and commercially aware with good diary/time recording practices
