Apply in confidence →Nationwide employment law firm seeks an OSHA-focused associate to join its Dallas office within the labor & employment practice. The role centers on counseling employer clients on federal and state OSHA requirements, workplace safety compliance, and related employment litigation.
Day-to-day responsibilities include advising on EH&S compliance programs, managing outside counsel and vendors on safety matters, handling OSHA-related litigation and administrative proceedings, and supporting crisis response, negotiations and mediations. The position works collaboratively across teams to develop training, policies and risk-reduction initiatives.
Hybrid working arrangements are available. Candidates should expect a fast-paced, team-oriented environment serving employer clients across multiple industries.
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials
- Minimum 3 years of employment litigation experience preferred; OSHA experience required
- Admission to the Texas bar (or ability to obtain admission)
- Experience with OSHA investigations, administrative proceedings and related litigation
- Strong written and oral communication, organization, and project-management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively on cross-functional teams and manage external counsel/vendors
