Experienced employment attorney to support employer-side clients on workplace safety and health matters, with a primary focus on OSHA (federal and state) compliance. The role combines counseling, regulatory engagement, and defense work across administrative enforcement and litigation.

Day-to-day duties include advising business leaders on EH&S risk and policy, managing outside counsel and vendors on safety issues, handling OSHA-related litigation and dispute resolution, and providing crisis-response support. The position will also involve developing training, policies and proactive compliance programs.

Hybrid working arrangements are available; the role requires collaboration across client teams and regulators and may include travel for hearings, inspections and trainings.

  • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and active admission to practice in the state of the associate’s primary office.
  • Minimum 3+ years of employment litigation experience; demonstrable OSHA experience required.
  • Experience managing regulatory investigations and administrative proceedings; litigation and dispute-resolution experience preferred.
  • Strong writing, oral advocacy, project-management and client-facing skills; ability to handle multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
