Partner — Agriculture & Compliance (Los Angeles)

Senior partner opportunity in a national law firm seeking to grow its agriculture-focused regulatory practice in Los Angeles. The role will advise agribusiness and related clients on regulatory compliance, licensing, and industry-specific risk matters, with particular experience in cannabis-related issues a plus.

Open to candidates based nationwide; the team works on cross-jurisdictional regulatory matters and supports clients across the agricultural supply chain. The firm is interested in experienced partners who can both lead client work and contribute to business development within the industry group.

• Proven partner-level experience in agriculture-related regulatory and compliance matters
• Knowledge of cannabis regulatory frameworks and related compliance issues preferred
• Track record of originating and managing client relationships in agribusiness or related sectors
• Portable book of business of $1.5M+ (USD)
