Partner — Compliance & Regulatory, Los Angeles

Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a Compliance & Regulatory practice in the Los Angeles office of a major national law firm. The role focuses on regulatory counseling, government-facing matters, investigations, and policy work across regulated industries.

The successful candidate will be client-facing, responsible for originating and managing complex matters, supervising teams, and collaborating with colleagues across practice groups and offices. Significant business development and leadership experience is required.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in regulatory, compliance, and government-facing work
• Track record of originating and developing client relationships and cross-selling services
• Ability to manage teams and supervise complex, high-stakes matters
• Bar admission in California or eligibility to practice in-state
