Senior partner opportunity in the agriculture practice of a leading national law firm, based in the Kansas City office. The role focuses on counseling agricultural businesses and related industry participants, with experience in emerging sectors such as cannabis.

The team acts across transactional, regulatory and commercial matters for clients in the agricultural supply chain. The firm is open to speaking with candidates nationwide and is particularly interested in partners who can grow and lead client relationships across the firm's industry groups.

• Established partner or equivalent senior law firm experience with a focus on agriculture and related industries (including cannabis)
• Strong transactional and/or regulatory background advising agricultural businesses and supply-chain participants
• Proven business development and client management skills, ability to originate and lead matters
• Portable book of business of $1.5M+ (USD)
