Seeking a partner to lead and grow an established agriculture practice in Minneapolis. The role will advise agribusiness clients across transactional, regulatory and commercial matters, with an emphasis on practical, industry-focused solutions.

There is interest in candidates with expertise or client relationships in emerging agricultural sectors, including cannabis-related matters. The firm offers national platform support and collaborative cross-practice resources to scale client work.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record in agriculture law, including transactional and regulatory work
• Established client development skills and new-business generation
• Active bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
