Leading law firm seeks a lateral partner to grow and lead its agriculture practice from the Springfield office. The role will focus on counseling agribusiness clients across commercial, regulatory and transactional matters, with an appetite for candidates who bring experience in agricultural and cannabis-related work.

Open to candidates nationwide; the firm is particularly interested in partners who can build or integrate a practice aligned with established industry groups. The role includes business development, client relationship management and mentoring junior lawyers.
