Partner — Healthcare & Education (Springfield)

Senior partner opportunity in a nationally active law firm seeking an experienced leader to grow and lead Healthcare and Education work from the Springfield office. The role focuses on advising health systems, providers, education institutions, and life sciences clients on regulatory, transactional and compliance matters.

The practice will combine client relationship development with matter delivery and team leadership. The firm is open to candidates nationwide and is particularly interested in partners with an established client base aligned to healthcare, life sciences or education sectors.

• Portable book of business of $1.5M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level sector experience in healthcare, education or life sciences
• Proven business development track record and client relationship management
• Ability to lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary team; active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission
