Partner, Antitrust & Competition — Dallas

Senior partner opportunity to lead and expand an established antitrust and competition practice in Dallas. The role involves advising on merger control, cartel investigations, cartel defense, and complex competition litigation for a broad range of corporate clients.

The team provides both transactional and contentious antitrust work, including counseling on regulatory compliance, government investigations, and high-stakes civil litigation. The incoming partner will play a visible client-facing role and help grow market presence in the region.

• Proven senior-level experience in antitrust and competition matters, including merger control and cartel/price-fixing investigations
• Track record of leading client relationships and managing complex cross-border matters
• Admissions to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and strong litigation or regulatory advocacy skills
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
