Partner — Antitrust & Competition, Denver

Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to strengthen and lead its Antitrust & Competition practice in Denver. The role focuses on partner-led client counseling, merger review, civil litigation and regulatory matters before federal and state competition authorities.

The partner will work across transactional and dispute-side matters, collaborate with cross-border teams as needed, and help grow the regional practice through client origination and relationship management.

• Proven track record in antitrust and competition matters (merger reviews, cartel/price-fixing, monopolization, investigations)
• Demonstrated ability to originate and manage client relationships; leadership of deal/matter teams
• Strong litigation and/or regulatory advocacy experience (agency investigations, contested proceedings)
• Bar admission and standing to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or ability to become admitted
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
