Partner — Antitrust & Competition, Houston

Seeking a lateral partner to join and lead antitrust and competition work in the Houston office of a major national firm. The role will focus on advising corporate clients on merger control, competition compliance, and government investigations, and will combine client development with hands-on matter management.

The successful candidate will join an established team of antitrust practitioners and will be expected to grow a regional practice, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate across transactional and litigation matters. This is an opportunity to influence strategic direction for the practice in the region.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level antitrust experience, including merger control and investigations
