The role combines client-facing litigation work with transactional and regulatory antitrust advisory across regional and national clients.

Proven track record in antitrust and complex civil litigation and transactional matters
Significant partner-level experience and established client relationships
Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to work from the Bridgehampton office
