Partner, Employment & Labor / Litigation — Long Island

Established national litigation firm is seeking a partner to lead and grow its Employment & Labor practice in Long Island. The role combines courtroom and counseling matters, with responsibility for supervising associates and expanding regional capabilities.

The successful candidate will take a senior role in matter handling, client management and business development across employment litigation and related counseling work. The position offers material autonomy to build a local practice while leveraging firm-wide resources.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Admission to the state bar and active licensure in New York (or eligible to transfer)
• Established track record of leading employment litigation matters and supervising teams
• Proven business-development skills and existing client relationships in the region
