Partner — Antitrust & Competition / Litigation / Corporate, Minneapolis

Seeking a partner to join a major international practice advising on both antitrust and competition matters and related litigation and corporate work. The role combines courtroom and transactional experience, working on complex commercial disputes, merger control, and competition counseling for U.S. clients.

The successful candidate will join an established team with national and cross-border matters, contributing both fee-earning work and practice development. This is a senior leadership role with client management and business-generation responsibilities.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in antitrust/competition and related litigation or transactional work
• Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships and leading matter teams
• Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to handle complex multi-jurisdictional matters
