Experienced antitrust and competition partner opportunity in Sacramento. This role sits on a combined practice handling both competition regulatory work and related commercial litigation, with regular interaction on transactional matters.

You'll lead complex matters, manage and mentor a small team, and work closely with clients on strategy, investigations, and disputes. The role suits a senior lawyer who can balance courtroom advocacy with regulatory and transactional advisory work.

• Proven partner-level experience in antitrust/competition matters and related commercial litigation
• Demonstrable track record of managing teams and leading significant matters from intake through resolution
• Strong business development skills and client relationship management
• Admission to the California bar (or ability to obtain)
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
