We are assisting a leading international law firm in its search for a Lateral Partner to join and help grow its highly regarded Antitrust and Competition practice in Madrid.

The role is focused on international competition work, including merger control, cartel and abuse-of-dominance investigations, and advisory matters with a cross-border dimension. The successful candidate will work with a substantial existing client base and collaborate closely with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions.

This is a strategic hire for an experienced competition lawyer with an established international practice and the ambition to lead and expand the firm's offering in the Spanish market. The platform offers a strong global network, a collaborative culture, and significant support for business development.

• Qualified competition lawyer with significant experience in antitrust and competition law
• Proven track record in international merger control, investigations, and advisory work
• Existing international client base and ability to generate new business
• Spanish-language proficiency and admission to practice in Spain (or equivalent) preferred
• Portable book of business of £2M+ (GBP)
