Partner, Antitrust & Competition — Salt Lake City

Seeking a partner to lead and expand an antitrust and competition practice in Salt Lake City. The role will combine contentious work (litigation and investigations) with transactional merger-control counseling for corporate clients across industries.

The successful candidate will join a well-established national practice team, take responsibility for originating fee-earning work in the region, and mentor junior lawyers. This is a partner-level role with substantial client-development expectations.

• Established partner-level experience in antitrust and competition law, including merger control and enforcement matters
• Proven business development and client relationship skills
• Admitted to practice in Utah or eligible for admission
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
