Partner, Bankruptcy & Corporate — Morristown

Established national law firm is opening a Morristown office and seeks a lateral partner to lead and grow its Bankruptcy and Corporate practices locally. The role combines restructuring and insolvency work with transactional corporate matters for regional and national clients.

The partner will have responsibility for originating business, supervising deals and restructurings, and integrating with a broader national team. This is an opportunity to shape a new office presence and build a market-leading practice in New Jersey.

• Portable book of business of $1.5M+ (USD)
• Significant partner-level experience in bankruptcy/restructuring and corporate transactions
• Proven client origination and relationship management; ability to lead engagements and teams
• Bar admission in New Jersey or willingness to obtain admission
