Partner — Bankruptcy & Corporate, New York

Leading national law firm seeks a partner to join its New York office to expand both restructuring/bankruptcy and corporate transactional capabilities. The role will focus on advising debtor and creditor stakeholders, handling complex restructurings, and supporting corporate clients on transactional matters that intersect with distressed situations.

The successful candidate will join an established team and be expected to originate and grow client relationships, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate across practices and offices on cross-border and domestic matters.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in bankruptcy/restructuring and related corporate work
• Proven client-development and team leadership skills
• Admission to the New York bar or eligibility to transfer admission
