Partner — Bankruptcy & Finance (Albany)

Established national firm seeks a partner to strengthen its Albany-based bankruptcy, restructuring and creditor-side finance practice. The role will focus on distressed-debt work, creditor representations and out-of-court and in-court restructurings.

Ideal candidate will originate and lead matters, work closely with finance and restructuring teams across offices, and help grow the regional creditor-rights platform.

• Significant partner-level experience in bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors' rights matters
• Proven track record with distressed-debt and creditor-side finance matters; courtroom and negotiation experience advantageous
• Demonstrated origination and client relationship skills; experience leading deal teams
• Admissions as required to practice in relevant U.S. jurisdictions
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
