Partner, Bankruptcy & Finance — Dallas

Senior partner-level role to lead and grow an established bankruptcy, restructuring and finance practice in Dallas. The role will focus on restructurings, creditor-side insolvency work and related lending and workout matters across commercial and creditor constituencies.

The team advises lenders, creditor committees and other financial stakeholders on complex in-court and out-of-court restructurings, debtor/creditor disputes and creditor enforcement. The successful candidate will take a visible leadership role on matters, business development and team mentoring.
