Partner — Bankruptcy & Restructuring, New York

A well-established international law firm is seeking a senior restructuring partner to join its New York bankruptcy and corporate restructuring team. The role will focus on leading complex chapter 11 matters, out-of-court restructurings and creditor/ stakeholder-side engagements across a range of industries.

The successful candidate will help grow and manage a high-performing team, work closely with corporate and finance colleagues on cross-practice matters, and originate new business from US and cross-border clients.

• Proven track record as a partner handling complex Chapter 11 cases and significant restructurings
• Strong corporate restructuring and distressed M&A experience
• Excellent client origination and relationship-management skills
• Bar admission in New York (or eligibility) and significant US restructuring experience
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
