Partner, Bankruptcy & Restructuring — Washington, D.C.

Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors' rights practice in the Washington, D.C. office. The role will handle complex insolvency matters and related finance and banking issues across a national docket.

The successful candidate will advise lenders, creditors' committees, and corporate debtors on restructurings, out-of-court workouts and contested bankruptcy proceedings. This is a business-development position with significant client-facing and matter leadership responsibilities.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors' rights matters
• Strong track record of originating and managing complex restructurings and creditor-side finance work
• Active bar admission and ability to practice in the D.C. market
