Partner, Bankruptcy & Restructuring — Westchester

Senior hire to lead and grow a regional bankruptcy and restructuring practice from the Westchester office. The role focuses on bankruptcy litigation, insolvency work and restructuring matters, with some transactional elements. This is a growth-priority hire expected to originate and drive client engagements.

The partner will work with a cross-office team on complex insolvency matters and represent corporate debtors, creditors and other stakeholders in contested and negotiated restructurings.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner track record in bankruptcy, insolvency and restructuring matters
• Proven experience leading contested bankruptcy litigation and negotiated restructurings
• Strong business development and client relationship skills; ability to grow a regional practice
