Partner, Commercial Litigation — Costa Mesa

A well-established litigation team is seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow its commercial litigation practice in Costa Mesa. The role focuses on managing complex commercial disputes, taking a lead on significant matters, and developing client relationships.

The successful candidate will handle courtroom and dispositive motion work, supervise and mentor associates, and play an active role in business development and client service initiatives. The position reports into the regional litigation leadership and offers an opportunity to shape the local litigation platform.

• Portable book of business of $1M+ (USD)
• Proven background in commercial litigation with significant trial and dispositive motion experience
• Track record of originating and developing client relationships and business development capability
• California bar admission or eligibility to practice in California
