Partner — Compliance & Regulatory, Dallas

Major national law firm is seeking a partner to join and grow its Compliance & Regulatory practice in the Dallas office. The role focuses on advising corporations and executives on regulatory risk, internal investigations, compliance program design, and enforcement response across federal and state regulatory regimes.

The successful candidate will build client relationships, lead matters from intake through resolution, and collaborate with cross-practice teams on regulatory, litigation and transactional issues. This is an opportunity to shape and expand a high‑visibility regional practice.

• Established partner with significant experience in regulatory and compliance matters (investigations, enforcement, policy, compliance programs)
• Proven client development and practice leadership track record
• Comfort working with corporate clients across multiple industries and coordinating with litigation and transactional teams
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
