Partner, Compliance & Regulatory (Healthcare & Media) — Dallas

Leading national law firm seeks a partner to join its Compliance & Regulatory practice in Dallas, with a focus on healthcare and media/advertising matters. The role combines client counseling, regulatory compliance work and litigation-adjacent advisory on FDA and advertising issues.

The partner will advise health‑care providers, life‑sciences companies and media clients on regulatory risk, compliance programs, advertising and promotion, and related enforcement matters. The position requires business development, practice leadership and close coordination with cross‑discipline teams.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Strong experience counseling clients on FDA regulation, advertising/marketing compliance and related regulatory matters
• Proven track record of originating and developing client relationships and revenue
• Experience leading deal teams and mentoring junior lawyers; active bar admission preferred
