The role focuses on counseling healthcare and media & entertainment clients on regulatory matters, FDA-related issues, advertising compliance, and cross-functional risk mitigation.
The partner will handle high‑visibility regulatory work, advise clients across the healthcare and media sectors, develop and defend compliance programs, and work closely with litigation and transactional teams as needed. The position includes client relationship management and business development responsibilities.
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Established regulatory practice with experience in healthcare and media/advertising matters
- Knowledge of FDA and advertising compliance issues
- Proven client development and team leadership skills
