Partner — Compliance & Regulatory, Litigation (Salt Lake City)

Leading law firm seeks a lateral partner to grow and lead its Compliance & Regulatory and Litigation practices in Salt Lake City. The role will focus on privacy and data protection, regulatory counseling, and contested matters, advising clients across regulated industries.

The partner will build client relationships, originate new business, and supervise a small team of associates. The position offers significant client-facing responsibility and a platform to expand a privacy/regulatory litigation practice in the region.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Extensive experience handling privacy/data-protection matters, regulatory advice, and related litigation
• Proven track record of originating and growing client relationships
• Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and experience supervising junior lawyers
