Seeking a partner to lead and grow a litigation and securities practice from the firm s Sioux Falls office. The role focuses on disputes and regulatory matters involving healthcare, life sciences and digital health clients.

The successful candidate will manage complex securities and white-collar matters, develop client relationships across the healthcare sector, and work with a national team on cross-jurisdictional engagements.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level litigation and securities experience, including white-collar or regulatory matters
• Proven track record advising healthcare or life sciences clients
• Ability to originate and grow client relationships and mentor junior lawyers
