Partner, Compliance & Regulatory — Minneapolis

Leading national law firm seeks a partner to expand and lead its compliance and regulatory offering in Minneapolis, with a strong focus on cybersecurity, data protection, privacy, and international trade matters across energy, environmental, healthcare and technology sectors.

The role combines client-facing regulatory counseling, cross-border trade work, and sector-specific regulatory matters. The successful candidate will have an established client base, experience originating and managing complex regulatory engagements, and the ability to work across practice groups to grow the regional practice.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience advising on cybersecurity, privacy/data protection, and international trade or trade remedies
• Proven client development and origination track record in energy, environmental, healthcare or technology sectors
• Experience managing cross-border regulatory matters and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
