Partner — Compliance & Regulatory, Providence

Senior compliance and regulatory partner role within a national practice, based in Providence. The position will lead regulatory matters and advise sophisticated commercial clients across regulated industries.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team, take primary responsibility for client relationships, and help grow the practice through originating business and mentoring junior lawyers.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven regulatory and compliance experience advising corporate clients
• Established client-development record and ability to originate new engagements
• Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or able to qualify promptly
