Partner — Compliance & Regulatory (Riyadh)

Senior partner role to lead and grow a compliance and regulatory practice in Riyadh. The role will advise regional clients on regulatory, licensing and compliance matters across Saudi Arabia and the Gulf, and will provide hands-on oversight of complex regulatory engagements.

The partner will lead a small local team, work closely with regional practice leads, and play an active role in business development and client relationship management. The position offers significant responsibility for shaping the practice and delivering client-facing work.

• Portable book of business of $3M–$5M (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in regulatory and compliance matters in Saudi Arabia or the Gulf region
• Track record of relationship development and revenue generation for a regional practice
• Experience leading teams and managing client engagements at senior level
