Leading international law firm seeks a partner to join its Riyadh regulatory practice focusing on financial markets and asset management. The role involves advising fund managers, investment firms and other financial services clients on regulatory matters, fund formation and ongoing compliance in Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC.

The partner will help expand and lead the local regulatory offering, working closely with regional and international teams to deliver regulatory strategy, licensing and compliance programmes, and transactions related to funds and asset management platforms.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Established partner-level experience advising on financial services regulation, fund formation and asset management in Saudi Arabia and/or the GCC
Proven leadership and client development skills, with experience building or growing a regulatory practice
Strong technical knowledge of financial markets regulation and licensing frameworks relevant to asset managers and funds
